• Veripro Solutions Inc. will share your personal information only with the owner of your debt when there is a necessary business purpose to do so. Veripro Solutions Inc. does not otherwise share your information with any third parties, including affiliates.

Keeping financial information secure is one of our most important responsibilities. Only those persons who need it to perform their job responsibilities are authorized to access your information. We take commercially reasonable precautions to protect your information and limit disclosure by maintaining physical, electronic and procedural safeguards.

We may share information we have about you to give you superior service and to make a wider range of products available to you. We may share this information in the following ways:

The Fair Credit Reporting Act gives you the opportunity to limit the sharing of "non-experience information" among affiliates of Veripro Solutions Inc.. "Non-experience information" includes information that is used, expected to be used, or collected for the purpose of establishing your eligibility for consumer credit, insurance or deposit accounts, and is not related solely to your transactions or other experiences with us, including information:

If you pay off your account with Veripro Solutions Inc., your account is later sold to a third party investor or you, in some other manner, become a former customer, we will continue to treat and safeguard your information as described in this notice.

You may opt out as described in this Privacy Policy by calling us toll-free at 1-888-480-2432 and indicating your opt out preferences as outlined below. You do not need to notify us if you have decided not to opt out. It may take up to four to six weeks to process your request. If at a later time you wish to change these opt out instructions, please contact our customer service department at 1-888-480-2432.

"Cookies" are files that can identify you as a unique customer and store your personal preferences as well as technical information (including click through and click stream data). Cookies can either be permanent (i.e., they remain on your computer until you delete them) or temporary (i.e., they last only until you close your browser). We may also use tracking systems such as "Web beacons," which monitor your use of our Web sites. A message for all Veripro's clients and business partners: as part of Veripro's ongoing efforts to strengthen security and to protect sensitive information, we have a Secure Email system. It provides a convenient method for you to receive and reply to secure emails, while continuing to ensure the integrity of the information interchange.

No new software is required on your system. The first time you use the new secure email system, you will be asked to create a password. You will also select a password recovery question / answer that will allow you to change your password. There are no other registration requirements.

Secure email messages (and any attached files) from Veripro will be encrypted before they are sent, and then delivered directly to your inbox. When you open the message you will be prompted to enter your password, which will decrypt the message (and any attached files). You can then save, reply to, or forward the message and files.

You can respond to Veripro secure emails with secure replies, and there is also a method for initiating secure email exchanges with Veripro associates.
